Mama Ratna’s Delicious Wonton Noodles Recipe

Hi everyone, welcome back to Mama Ratna’s recipe youtube channel. Today, I’m going to share with you all a yummy snack that is both economical and tasty. I guarantee that both children and adults will love this snack. So, let’s get started!


  • 1 pack of instant noodles (fried Indomie)
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
  • 2 scallions (cut and washed)
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of starch or tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour


  1. Boil the fried Indomie noodles in water and then drain it.
  2. Add 1 chicken egg, the Indomie seasoning, powdered broth, and cut scallions to the boiled noodles.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well and add 5 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of starch or tapioca flour.
  4. Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth.
  5. Now, add 1 tablespoon of wheat flour and enough water to make an adhesive for the wonton.
  6. Take a wonton skin and cut it in the middle using a knife.
  7. Place some of the noodle mixture on top of the wonton skin and apply the adhesive on the edges.
  8. Close the wonton and roll it while pressing the edges.
  9. Fry the wonton in hot oil until it becomes crispy and golden brown.

Your delicious and crispy wonton noodles are now ready to be served! Garnish it with some chili sauce to enhance the taste.
